Bob Rosania

Robert L. Rosania is Chief Executive Officer of Ehmke Manufacturing Company, Inc.

In this capacity, he is responsible for all sales, marketing, and administrative functions of the company. Mr. Rosania joined Ehmke in 1993 as a partner and Plant Manager, and was later promoted to Vice President, Sales and Marketing, before moving into his current position in 2000.

Prior to joining Ehmke, Mr. Rosania was Technical Account Manager for Nalco Chemical Company designing water treatment programs for nuclear and fossil power plants. Previously, he was a Production Control Engineer – D5 Trident Missile Program for General Electric Company.

Mr. Rosania received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania. While at Penn, he was a member of the Varsity Football Team that won the Ivy League Championships in 1982, 1983, 1984, and 1985. He also attended Drexel University’s Masters in Business Administration program concentrating in Finance. Born and raised in Philadelphia, Mr. Rosania attended the William Penn Charter School graduating in 1982.

Mr. Rosania served as Chairman of the Board of the Industrial Fabrics Association International (IFAI) Safety & Protective Products Division (2006-2009) and serves on the Board of the Industrial Fabrics Foundation (2008-2011). He is frequent expert contributor to the IFAI Review Magazine.

He has received two (2) Professional Certification by the IFAI: as an Industrial Fabrics Manager in 2001 and as a Certified Project Planner in 1999. A noted inventor, Mr. Rosania also holds two patents for “Methods for Ameliorating Oil Spills in Marine and Inland Waters.”

Cliff Stokes

Samuel Clifford “Cliff” Stokes is Chief Operating Officer of Ehmke Manufacturing Company, Inc. His responsibilities include day-to-day and overall management of plant and facility operations for the company. Prior to his current position, Mr. Stokes was Vice President, Operations, for Ehmke Manufacturing. Previously, he was Plant Manager and a partner with the company.

Mr. Stokes received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University. During college, Mr. Stokes was a member of the school’s varsity track team where they captured the league championship in 1983, 1984, 1985, and 1986.

He is a member of the Industrial Fabrics Association International (IFAI). In 1998, Mr. Stokes was awarded Professional Certification as Master Fabrics Craftsman by the IFAI, the highest recognition in the industry.

Debbie Cassady, CPIM
Materials Manager

Debbie joined the Ehmke team in April, 2004. She brings with her many years of Supply Chain Management experience. Debbie has worked for numerous major manufacturing companies in and around the Philadelphia area, and has spent many of her years in Purchasing, as well as Production Scheduling, Distribution, and Warehouse Management. Debbie earned her APICS certification in June 2002 and is an active member of the South Jersey Chapter of APICS.

When she is not busy working hard to save Ehmke money, Debbie enjoys hot air ballooning over Burlington County, NJ, gardening, and following all of Philadelphia’s professional sports teams. Debbie is an especially avid Phillies fan and believes they will soon be bringing a World Championship home to Philadelphia!

Brad Daniels
Government Subcontract Sales Manager

Brad joined Ehmke in 1996 and has been a real assest to our Government Subcontract clients. He works closely with clients such as, the Boeing Company, General Dynamics and Lockheed Martin providing technical solutions to their challenging industrial fabric projects.

Brad has over 18 years of sales experience in the medical, governmental and industrial markets.

Cara Clucas
Production Control Manager

Cara Clucas is a native Delawarean who joined our team in October, 2001. She began at Ehmke working in Purchasing & Inside Sales. Since then, she has switched gears and is part of our management team, dedicated to Production Control. Cara holds her Associates Degree in Industrial Engineering. She loves Goofy (which explains her personality), Stewy, her Boston Terrier & likes to collect Longaberger baskets. When not working, Cara can usually be found participating in one of many activities such as: golfing, sailing, local sporting events, and occasionally skydiving.

Dawn Walker
Inside Sales Coordinator

Dawn Walker previously spent 6 years as an Outside Sales Representative in the Food Service-Janitorial Supply industry before joining Ehmke in 2003. Dawn has been working toward her Bachelors degree in Business Administration. She enjoys lounging in the sun at the New Jersey shore in the summer and chilling (literally) in the mountains of Tioga County Pennsylvania in the winter. During hockey season she is glued to the television watching every game available. Flyers are her favorite, of course, being a Philly girl.

Glenn A. Aust

Glenn joined the Ehmke team in April of 2004. Before coming to Ehmke, Glenn had been a Project Mechanical Design Engineer for the last 16 years for a local New Jersey company. Designing and implementing Electrical System Enclosures from 1kW enclosures through 2000kW Switchgear lineups.

Joining Ehmke Manufacturing has been a great opportunity to switch gears from the steel industry to the textile fabric industry. The opportunity to work with a staff that has a vision to build a quality product, primarily for our Armed Forces is very rewarding.

Glenn lives in Bucks County with his wife Monica and their three children.

When not busy at work he enjoys spending time with his family, being actively involved in his local Church as the Board Treasurer and coaching his sons travel soccer team.

Dan Dreher
Plant Manager

Dan joined the Ehmke Team in April 2008. Before coming to Ehmke, Dan was a Plant Manager in a variety of manufacturing and warehouse / distribution industries including 6 years in the textile industry. Dan is an undergraduate in Business Administration and Computer Programming at Montgomery County Community College and a Lean Champion graduate with Delaware Valley Industry Resource Center in Philadelphia PA.

When not busy at work, Dan likes to spend time with his family, travel and attempt to play golf

Larry Leonard
Plant Manager, Special Projects

Being raised with the philosophy to work hard and play hard, I have been an active participant in my whole life. My major hobby has been rebuilding, restoring and racing antique and sports cars.

My hobbies have been interrupted by my pursuits as Plant Engineer, Production Supervisor, Facilities Manager (which involved coast-to-coast travel) and Plant Manager. By driving my antique cars or trucks to work and golfing, it makes that hobby appear practical.

Richard Ludwig

I was born and raised in Philadelphia. In my late teens, I moved out to the suburbs and attended Bucks County Community College.

I have been employed in Quality Assurance my whole working adult life with companies such as SKF Industries Specialty Bearings Division, Pratt & Whitney Aircraft, Heintz Corporation, Gage Lab Corporation. I joined Ehmke in November, 1999. Since that time, the company has grown immensely. This is a great place to work and the great thing about it is everyone here cares about putting out a good product.

Steven Harkins
Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Steven Harkins lives in Chester County, PA and joined Ehmke in November, 2000. He previously worked five years developing textile solutions for the Automotive, Aerospace and electrical industries as a program manager in the Research & Development departments whose work created several patents. With a Bachelor's degree from Penn State University and extensive textile studying at North Carolina and Clemson Universities, he currently designs, maintains and enhances products from acoustical blankets to commercial awnings for respective clients.

On his days off he enjoys spending time with his family, community services and skiing.

Brad Milnes
Director, Sales & Marketing

Brad Milnes, a graduate of Philadelphia University, joined Ehmke Manufacturing in October of 2008 as Director of Sales and Marketing. With over 10 years of experience in the defense industry, he has a successful track record providing tactical gear and advanced technology solutions to military customers. In addition, Mr. Milnes has a long family history in the textile industry and has worked closely with several military paralofts providing sewing machine equipment, training and repair services.

Ben Milligan
Manager, New Product Development

Benjamin H. Milligan joined Ehmke as Manager, New Product Development as of February 2010. In this role, Benjamin is responsible for identifying battlefield equipment shortfalls and creating solutions to address the needs of today's warfighters. Mr Milligan is well suited for this position having graduated from Basic Underwater Demolitions/SEAL Training (BUD/S) in 2001 with Class 235. As a US Navy SEAL, his command assignments included SEAL TEAM 4, SEAL TEAM 5, and Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC). At NSWC he served as the Program Manager for JTAC Operations. He left active duty in 2009.

Mr. Milligan received a Bachelor of Arts in History from Purdue University in 2000 and a Master of Arts in International Relations from the University of San Diego in 2009. He speaks French at a conversational level and has an elementary proficiency in Modern Hebrew.

Devon Greer

Devon Greer is a native to Virginia Beach, Virginia, home to the Navy’s East Coast Special Operations. With over 15 years of military sales and procurement, she is experienced in working with contract managers, supply officers and the end operator.

Her procurement knowledge includes, but not limit to, working with DLA, GSA, DOD Emall, Fleet and Industrial Supply Centers.

Having worked with a diving and special operations prime vendor, she has an understanding and knowledge of the special operations and diving communities.

As Ehmke Mfg’s outside military sales representative, she has a commitment to excellence, she is passionate and has a desire to create solutions that will enable our modern war fighter to stay safer and do their job efficiently.

Aimee Farabaugh
Administrative Assistant

Aimee joined the Ehmke Team in 2009. After four years in the staffing industry, she happily welcomes the change of environment. Aimee is a certified Business Administration Specialist with several years of customer service experience.

When Aimee is not supporting the Sales and Production departments at Ehmke, she can be found at the beach, playing softball or laughing with family and friends.

Eduard Shnayder

Eduard moved to the USA in October of 1991, from Moldova. He is a graduate of Kishinev Mechanical Technological College (1976) and the Light Industry Institute of Technology (1983). His 33 years of professional experience have been spent in the industrial textile industry where he is an expert in sewing manufacturing and sewing equipment repair. He has worked in all aspects of the industry as a serviceman of sewing equipment, a sewing machine operator, cutter, supervisor and production manager. Eduard joined Ehmke in January, 2008

Eduard is married and has two sons.

John (Jack) Payne
Quality Inspector & Safety Committee Lead

Jack has taken on increased responsibilities since joining the Ehmke team in 2004 as a Quality Inspector. He is a key member of the Ehmke LEAN Team and has assumed the role of Safety Committee Leader. He joined Ehmke with wide-ranging Operations background and 25 years of professional experience in Production and Quality Assurance. Prior to Ehmke, Jack worked for 20 years at the Budd Company in Philadelphia as a Quality Control Leader and 10 years at the Johns Manville company in their production shop. Jack has received training from Somerset Technical School, Bucks County Community College and a number of Continual Education Courses & Certificates. Through his engaging personality and excellent communication skills, Jack is uniquely qualified to act as a liaison between management and the production floor to ensure employee safety and quality of life.

Michelle Semola

Michelle joined the Ehmke team in May 2006. She brings with her over 10 year of accounting experience. Currently living in Brookhaven, PA. with her three cats, Michelle loves to read and spend time with family and friends and is also an avid Indianapolis Colts fan.

Michelle holds an Associates Degree in Business from Delaware County Community College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Widener University.
